Stephen Fiverson has always been a dedicated citizen and tried to devote his time and effort to causes he finds worthy and notable. Throughout his life he has been involved with several charities and various organizations that he has deemed important. Some of the associations that he has given his time to are: United Jewish Appeal, Prostate Cancer Foundation, Temple Bnai Abraham, Mass. General Hospital, Israel Bonds, Community Chest, Museum of Jewish Heritage, Palm Healthcare Foundation, Albert Einstein College of Medicine ["Founder"], Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, National Association of Chemical Distributors, Board Member, Northeast Chemical Distributors Council President, Independent Liquid Terminals Association, South Kearny Industrial Association, board member and founder, Young Presidents Organization {YPO}.
In addition to always having been a generous individual, Mr. Fiverson has also been intensely dedicated to success both educationally and professionally. Perhaps his rich education has lent to the triumphs of his career. He first attended Pennsylvania State University from 1961 to 1965. At Pennsylvania State University, Stephen studied political science and graduated with his bachelor’s degree. There he was also involved in such organizations as the Daily Collegian, AEPi, and Hillel. After attending Pennsylvania State University, Fiverson was accepted to Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. There he studied law and later graduated in 1968 with his Juris Doctor. After graduation, he went on to become the chief executive officer of Colt Corporation, a corporate entity that included among its subsidiaries, companies involved in packaging, storage, warehousing, equipment leasing, logistics, and distribution.
When he’s not giving his time to charities and dedicating himself to his company, Stephen Fiverson is an avid antique enthusiast and collector. In addition, he enjoys golfing and traveling.
